The fine print
Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, or via self check-in after 18:00. On weekends, self check-in is available after 13:00. Details will be sent via email and text on the day of arrival. Please note that the property has no lift, and all guest rooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the private paid car park is narrow (2 metres wide). Parking costs GBP 7 per car, or a free street parking permit can be issued. Pets can be accommodated for GBP 10 per room, per night. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. A breakfast hamper can be purchased on arrival for GBP 3.50 per person, per night. Please order by text or phone call. Free luggage storage, travel cot hire, travel buggy hire, and room service are available. Takeaway meals may be eaten in the coffee lounge. Paper plates and cutlery are provided, along with access to a fridge, microwave, toaster, and refreshments.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great stay lovely comfortable rooms and absolutely spotless . Cant fault anything.will definitely use again when we come again Lovely extras of crisps ,chocolate biscuits etc Shower room and toilets immaculately clean also

Room exceeded expectations - was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we could need. It’s lovely that complementary toiletries are provided if required alongside dog treats / towels etc. breakfast hamper was great - was fresh and hot and packed with bits to keep you going throughout the day. Pauline a lovely host and had a lot of time for us to learn more about the area. Would love to stay again.

The hotel was within a 5 minute walk of the town centre, The room was very clean and comfy whilst being very well equipped. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
