I needed a cheap ensuite room with AC and fast Wi-Fi. This place did the job; the room was clean. 15 mins walk to the main beach, the cricket ground is 15 mins walk as well. Lots of banks and restaurants are close by.

Air con was great, tv has everything you need, WiFi is good, location is right in the centre of town. Little restaurant outside owned by motel is handy for quick bite/drink.
