It is such a lovely location with beautiful views and was perfect for us who just wanted to get away for a short break for some peace and quiet. Carys and Kerry were delightful hosts, we received great pre-stay communication and the lodge was so cosy. Carys was brilliant with our 2 teacup dogs and we were able to meander the gardens comfortably. It was a great stay.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Very warm and comfortable with secure parking. A warm welcome by owners and their dogs :) Some great trail running and hiking from the doorstep. Only 10 minutes from local amenities. I stayed in the winter but I'm sure in the summer, the garden would be great to sit in and relax.

It was in a beautiful location. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Being located next to the owners meant any issues could be resolved quickly. The owner was very friendly

Stunning countryside location, peaceful, friendly hosts who also gave you enough space to do your own thing. Lots of friendly animals roaming around - the dogs and cat were gorgeous, and nice to have some pet company (if you're not an animal fan this may not be the place for you). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the place itself (because of the stone walls) was lovely and cool - perfect during the heatwave! The guest garden with table and chairs, and a hammock was a bonus. There's also a BBQ in the guest garden but I didn't use that.
