Comfortable apartment with parking. Nice apartment with a little terrace. Parking behind a barrier. Possible to park behind the building away from street view. (Surprisingly, there seemed to be a few dodgy characters wandering aroind Briancon.)

Excellent location, only 7-8 minutes walk (in ski-boots) to the Prorel lift. Heated secure ski-storage at the ground floor. Dominique (host) personally met to hand over the keys and for familirisation, which was excellent. Spacious, confortable property with a fully functional kitchen (pressure cooker a bonus at high altitude).

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Fully equipped, clean, and with a small balcony. There is a private storage room on the ground floor for storing bikes. Very easy communication with the host. Extremely satisfied with the stay.
