The apartments are accessible by a second elevator, but there will be some inconvenience. Bus stop in front and also ski slopes 50m from the place. Very warm place. Not very spacious but maybe enough for 4 people. Big shared terrace in front but covered by snow, so useless, anyway only 1 plastic chair and hammock. Small old kitchen and fridge. But maybe enough if it is enough for light meals. 2 benches and table for dinning area.

I was skeptical when booking this stay considering some of the negative comments. One thing I would like to mention first is that this is not a 5 star hotel, which is reflected by the price. The way to look at this is that it is a decent and roomy place within walking distance from the slope, with wonderful hosts and a great value for money. The apartment was well equipped and quite comfy. Another plus is for the bus stop for the Cervinia center bus 50m outside of the stay.
