During our brief one-night stay at the apartment owned by Stefania and Daniele, which we reached after a late arrival in Northern Milan, we encountered several enriching experiences. The apartment is situated in a tranquil and unpretentious residential area, contributing to an authentic and local ambiance. The owners have taken great care in maintaining the apartment, resulting in a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. Stefania, the owner with whom I communicated, was exceptionally warm and accommodating, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our stay. While the apartment does not offer excessive luxury, there are some practical considerations to keep in mind. For instance, the bathtub is somewhat small for an adult, yet it serves well as a shower, alleviating the issue to some extent. There is also a balcony, although it may not be ideal for elaborate dining or breakfasting. A notable advantage is that if you are traveling with a child or a third person, they can stay in an additional bedroom, unlike some other apartments where guests might have to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. This may pose a limitation for those seeking a more extensive dining experience, but for those in search of a clean and functional place to rest, this apartment certainly stands out as a commendable option. Another significant factor to consider is the distance from the tourist center of Milan. Although the apartment is not located in the heart of the city, the main attractions are easily accessible via public transportation, allowing for a convenient exploration of the city without much hassle. Overall, I would rate this apartment an 8 out of 10, taking into account the cleanliness, the friendliness of the owners, and the practical amenities, despite a few minor shortcomings. For us, this apartment was more than adequate, and should we return to Milan in the future and find it available, we would certainly choose to stay here again.

The property is excellent for people with walking disabilities- only a few steps to the main entrance to the flat. the flat is clean and has everything you need - excellent bedlinen and towels - kitchen and bathroom spotless.
