Luca was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect location. Close to restaurants etc.in centre of old town. 12 minute walk to station . Enjoyable 6 days at this property.

Very lovely accomodation in the centre of Brescia. Comfortable bed, nice view from the bedroom, very well equipped, clean, working AC. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion were also available, as well as towels, sleeping mask and even slippers! We absolutely loved it and if we ever come back, we will choose this accomodation again :)

Luca was an amazing host, helpful and friendly. His property is a peaceful oasis hidden in the very centre of Brescia's old town. Just a few steps from its location, there are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. The most popular tourist spots are also just a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities and necessities a traveller may need. We travelled to Brescia by car and, considering limited parking availability within the old city, having an opportunity to use underground garage was a huge plus for us. Navigating to the garage wasn't a problem as Luca provided a clear and easy to follow instructions.
