Traveller reviews

“We could have stayed twice as long and it still wouldn’t have been long enough.”

The moment we arrived we felt connected to the property and the surroundings. Our host Bec made us feel completely at home and relaxed in what is an absolutely beautiful facility.

“Superb”

The staff, Bec, who is a very passionate and caring person. Thanks very much for her travel tips and her excellent hospitality service. My wife and I spent two unforgettable nights here. The unique location there allows us to experience the quiet atmosphere and to live in the nature with wild animals hanging around just outside the lodge. We also saw the spectacular view of lake and mountains, beautiful sunset and galaxy at night. These two nights definitely will be at our heart forever.

“Relaxing stay”

We loved the journey to the lodge and enjoyed our stay immensely, the lodge was clean and homely and provided an uninterrupted haven in the middle of some beautiful landscapes - we only stayed one night, but hope to return and enjoy the area more.

“Already dreaming of our return….”

Although our stay was a short one this time, we felt truly grateful to have the experience of staying at this incredible place. The landscape is strikingly beautiful and so different to anything we’ve seen elsewhere in Australia. I was excited to see a quoll or tassie devil in the wild and we were so fortunate to see both. In fact thanks to Bec we were able to watch a devil for several minutes just outside the window, which was very special and a wonderful memory.
