Hotel is located right on the shore of the lake Garda. We had clean, spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and partial view of the lake. Rght next to hotel there is bakery and butcher. Also, there is a breakfast option in the hotel. Owners are very hospitable and always there to help. Along the shore there is a long cycling-tracking path and also a lot hiking paths in the neighborhood.

Excellent located hotel, right on the lake promenade, in a quiet area, away from the noise of cars always going on SR249. Comfortable and clean room, on top floor (even more quiet), generous balcony with wonderful views over the lake. Recently renovated bathroom. Very good and rich breakfast, above Italian standards. (We will always remember those delicious homemade cakes, but especially that perfect espresso that we enjoyed every morning. Grazie!) Very kind and dedicated staff, very respectful and attentive to the guests, very hardworking people. Plenty of parking spaces both in front of the hotel and underground with easy access. (Free parking and breakfast included were a big plus.) Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would book this hotel again for sure. Highly recommend!

The hotel has an excellent location, directly on the shore of Garda Lake, great for those who have lake view rooms. We had a small apartment with a kitchenette, mountain/street view. The rooms have a bit of a 80s look, but they are very clean and furniture in very good condition. We went in April, so it was not a crowded period and we got a free parking space at the hotel. Breakfast is ok. The staff does not speak English, only Italian and German. That's because most of the tourists were either Austrians or Germans. The hotel has a nice terrace overlooking the lake, and there are 2-3 good restaurants nearby. Right next to the hotel there is a salami shop and a pastry shop, but we did not test the products because we opted for breakfast.

Run by very nice and helpful couple. Spotless. Very nice location, right on the shores of lake Garda and close to other towns. Bikes available.
