The staff were very friendly. We requested a 1st floor room because there is no elevator (lift). They were kind enough to accommodate our request. The location is perfect. Just in the middle of the Lake, where its an easy 1 hour drive to Limone..and the same to Sirmione. It's directly on the lake. It has its own 'beach' area with sun loungers. Good food at their restaurant. Other restaurants are located around the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking an amazing view of the lake! Breakfast buffet was basic. Pastries, croissants, bread..jams..scrambled eggs and boiled eggs etc. Good to start the day with. They have reserved parking just outside the hotel. And if there is no space, you can park in the paid parking area ( next to the hotel)..and they'll reimburse you. Air conditioning worked well. Inform the reception to switch it ON for you.

The hotel have amazing lake view. You can have the breakfast with best view ever! The staff super friendly. Location also good.

The location was great, the food was good, we had both breakfast and dinner here, the AC in our room was perfect
