Great location, we were meeting friends in Richmond and it was only a 15 mins car journey. Apartment was well decorated and had all the facilities needed. We only stayed for a night but everything was there for a few nights if needed. Communication from the management was exceptional through the whole process.

Had a issue with first property as remote volume was not working spoke to a gentleman called Jason on the phone ! What a guy moved us out immediately. Second place had a bit of a weird place and moved us again swiftly to a bigger beautiful apartment! What a lovely person to deal with! Made our day and stay pleasant! Thank you jason! Will be staying again for sure.
