Hotel was fine, location brilliant, staff were excellent. Rooms weren’t cleaned in the 3 days we stayed, which meant when we needed extra toiletries, toilet paper etc, we had to go looking for them at reception. Had never experienced that in a hotel before

The hotel is opposite the main rail station and bus and tram stops. Very convenient for public transport and the city. The room was clean and staff helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent room...a Suite.....the Hotel is directly opposite the Main Train Station......all the Staff were very helpful...from the Check In....to the staff in the Breakfast / Dining Room area staff.....no complaints at all.....
