The staff, always helpful. There was a guy, I didn't get his name, but he was working for an other hostel in the same chain, was there as an extra work, and he went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when my bus was very late. And I recently broke my foot and the staff was kind enough to put me in a down bed.

It was clean and clean. Breakfast was good and i like that you are trying to be sustainable ( we saw that at the breakfast)

The location was good, the staff was very attentive, I found answers to all my questions. The room was clean, it would have been nice if the sheets for the bunk beds were made, we had to deal with that on top of the heavy road fatigue :) Everything else was good.
