Wonderful apartment with lots of nice touches and so much space we nearly got lost in there. Darren & Sally have put a lot of thought and care into the set up and it was immaculately clean and organised. Amazing hosts who are friendly and welcoming with great communication before the visit and great conversation while we spent time in the pub. Locating in centre of Brecon with nearby municipal parking options (very reasonably priced based on my recent experience of hotel parking charges) Great place to use as a base for exploring the stunning countryside. Located above the Rorke's Drift pub, which by day is a friendly place with a good spread of welcoming, chatty locals and a wonderful team behind the bar. The pub is a local night spot, so be aware of what events are on at the pub when you're planning (especially if your looking for a quiet, early night). The noise does travel up through the apartment so pack appropriately and/or bring your dancing shoes. Loved playing "spot the kookaburra" around the apartment. Can't wait to go back (but definitely for a midweek stay again)
