We stayed for 3 nights and was Very clean, service was outstanding nothing to much trouble, and very friendly , and welcoming,brilliant staff when we went for breakfast, Breakfast was outstanding very delicious. We enjoyed are stay so much 😊 we loved the calming feel to the place

The location was great, Brean has a beautiful beach. It was a 5 minute walk away. The room was great for our family and we had a room allocated next to the playground and gardens which are beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic with excellent service and we enjoyed eating it in the sunshine in the garden.

Separate accommodation , with lots of parking space ,well maintained , fridge , spotlessly clean , bonus being dog friendly , the breakfast & eating outside in lovely gardens was so nice , excellent breakfast & really helpful & lovely staff

Ideal set up for a pet friendly stay. We had our own door that led to the outside and a grassed area. Room was clean and tidy and had all we needed (including a very necessary fan) Excellent choices at breakfast with freshly cooked food. They catered well for our vegetarian and we ate on the lawn in the sun. The two waitresses at breakfast were friendly and very capable. Felt well looked after. A very short walk to the beach and access to the whole of Brean Sands.
