The fine print
Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge that is paid directly to the owner prior to arrival. Entertainment passes are compulsory on Unity Beach and the costs are High season £10.00 per adult from 17yrs plus per person per night. 5-17yrs £7.00 per night per child under 5s go free. Low season 17yrs plus £9.00 per night per guest 5-17yrs £6.00 per child per night and under 5s go free. This needs to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Fantastic location—both on-site and in Brean overall. Very close to the beach and clubhouse, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed breakfast at the pub opposite, which overlooks the sea—absolutely perfect. The on-site facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked shop and three takeaways just a minute's walk away—all serving amazing food, freshly and quickly prepared. The caravan itself was the best we've ever stayed in—immaculately clean yet cosy, with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space was an incredible bonus: very spacious, with plenty of seating areas, and absolutely beautiful. We hope to stay again very soon. Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to enjoy your amazing holiday home—we absolutely loved it!

Caravan was comfy and clean. Located close to shops, park and entrance. Fence off for extra security which is great for keeping children safe
