The location is perfect and the flat is a great size and had everything you could need. The beds were comfy. The neighbours were really nice and the local amenties are excellent. Brean Play, Brean Splash and the theme park. You can walk to brean down via the beach aswell (though its a challenge but do-able) The Beach itself is perfect.
