The fine print
Bed linen is not included but can be hired for an additional charge that is paid directly to the owner prior to arrival. Entertainment passes are optional on Unity Beach and the costs are High season £10.00 per adult from 17yrs plus per person per night. 5-17yrs £7.00 per night per child under 5s go free. Low season 17yrs plus £9.00 per night per guest 5-17yrs £6.00 per child per night and under 5s go free. This needs to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival.
Important Notice;High season dates include 11th -25th April 25, 2nd May - 4th May 25, 23rd May 25 - 31st May 25 and 18th July 25 - 31st August. All other dates are classed as low season.We cannot take booking from same sex groups (adults) example ( All females or all males) your party needs to mixed. This is the same as stag and hen parties.This is a holiday park and no workman are allowed due to licence agreement.No commercial vehicles or sign written vansThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location on the park, very close to everything onsite; food, recreation, amusements, supermarket, laundrette. All within a few minutes walking distance. Immaculate and super cosy! Very spacious inside and out, and we enjoyed dinner "Al fresco" on the wrap around terrace. Loved that it was equipped with everything, from books, games crosswords, DvDs to washing up essentials, tea bags, and sugar. It felt like a home from home vibe. Loved our stay and looking forward to a return visit for longer!
