Kindly note that our Barn Rooms are located off the main island and are situated adjacent to our private residences.Kindly note that for guests who have booked a rate excluding breakfast, we will review your request subject to availability, the price for breakfast is £40.00 per person for our Full English Breakfast and £25 per person for Continental Breakfast.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. From the second we arrived, we felt taken care of and the staff were so helpful. They upgraded up to a beautiful room in the temple rooms. The notes of little treats like soap and chocolates were so nice. The amenities were lovely also and we had great views. I would love to stay again!

Breakfast too expensive at 40 a person so did not bother. Sad there was no chickens and greenhouse looked abandoned. No peacocks which our friend said was there. On arrival tried to charge an extra 50 for incidentals when we had already decided we wouldn't spend more than the 315 for the room and I had told them paying cash so need for my card info. A bit off putting. Nice to have help with luggage but then did not know if was for a tip. Loud noises from bathroom/ac and close to stairwell so lots of footsteps banging up the stairs. Not a quiet evening! Would probably stay again in the main building not the barn when feeling plush. Nice gardens and pretty river outlook. Amazing 700 year old restored ceiling. Would have tried the spa but also pricey! Disappointed they are not good at answering the phone. Takes several attempts and no reply about transfers from train station (do not answer emails at weekends?). So got a taxi as they could not let us know if comlimentary or charged for transfer. Nice touches ascot rescue package and comlimentary mini fridge drinks as very hot. Also enjoyed the free shoe shine service.

Beautiful hotel on the Thames. No expense was spared when the hotel was renovated a few years ago - the fittings and fixtures are all top end and it's beautifully decorated. The staff were great
