Great location, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. It felt like a family run boutique hotel….refreshingly different from the generic chain hotels. And great to be able to leave our bikes in the underground parking.

We stayed at this 5-star hotel recently, and while there were some positive aspects, overall it did not fully meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel. The reception staff and welcome experience were excellent — very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Since our flight arrived very early in the morning, they kindly stored our luggage for us and even prepared our room about 1.5 hours earlier than the standard check-in time, which we really appreciated. They also stored our bags free of charge after check-out because our return flight was late in the evening, which was very convenient. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, and the location is great. It is in a safe area and only about a 6-minute walk from the Old Town of Bratislava, which made it easy to explore the city. On a positive note, the hotel made a thoughtful gesture for my husband’s birthday after they were informed in advance — they gifted us a bottle of champagne, which we appreciated very much.

Excellent hotel from the staff to the facilities and the decor. Specious room with everything in working order. It even has a shoehorn - a sign of a good hotel. Good breakfast.
