We had booked a room with a double bed, but were given one with two single beds. When we addressed this issue to the staff, the response was simply, “You can just push them together.” Unfortunately, the carpet was also dirty and stained. Considering the rate of €175 per night without breakfast, I had expected a more comfortable and cleaner room.

Convenient location, even though there are some drunk homeless people around. Great access to transport. Good breakfast. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from Hyatt
