Excellent facilities room was very spacious. Clean. Located just 10 mins bus ride from old town. Bus stop right at door step. Staff was amazing and helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was so nice and cozy, we had a view (room 10 I think), it was nice and quiet there, a nice neighborhood. The staff very helpful and polite, they give free water which I have never seen before in hotels! The bed was nice, it was very clean, they changed our towels every day and the bathroom was very beautiful with hot water available always and plenty of space. I LOVED the fact that there was enough clean air and the bathroom never got humid :) RECOMMENDED: use bolt taxi it's very cheap, go on a day trip to Vienna it's only 19€ per person with return, and it's just one hour with the train (hlavna stanica is the train station which is not very far from the hotel). Also you must go to Devin Castle it's full of nature, peace, people walking / running / it has nice views of the Danube river. LOCATION: very nice overall, we didn't use public transport so we don't know how well it works there, but there is a bus stop nearby - Bolt taxi was so cheap so we used this to go back to the hotel so we wouldn't have to walk uphill (although you can go easily on foot to the centre because it's a downhill walk and very close to the castle of Bratislava)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
