Great customer service at the reception, I requested a little favor before the check out and I got a Yes straight away! Lovely double bed with a comfortable mattress, spacious shower cabin with hot water!

It was a very good location, between the old town and the bus station (Autogara 2). It looked very clean and comfortable. And the receptionists were super nice, friendly and helpful.

Everything was extraordinary! Excellent location just 10 minutes walk from the old center and the main tourist attractions of Brasov: Council Square, Black Church, etc.; bus stop right in front (Romanian Church station) to Livada Postei, Poiana Brasov, the train station and Brasov airport. Extremely comfortable room with all amenities. Uninterrupted heat and hot water. Extremely kind and available staff (24-hour reception). Overall an excellent experience: highly recommended! We'll definitely return very soon. Thank you!
