All the staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful.especially Jemma We loved the quaintness of the building. The location is right in the centre of Braintree.

A quirky property which we liked. Gemma was very helpful to us at the beginning and end of our stay. Breakfast was very nice. And served by a very helpful waitress. Fan in the room was most welcome.

Good sized room. Very comfy bed. Fan supplied. Very helpful reception and cleaners offering to carry my bags. Wonderful restaurant staff and chef who accommodated my late arrival to breakfast. Food was good and reasonably priced.
