This is a lovely property, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. It is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for a short stay. Milk, eggs, bread and butter and fruit were provided which is a lovely touch.

The property was well finished and spotlessly clean. Within the kitchen were all manner of useful things and lovely touches like fresh milk, eggs and fruit. The hosts were lovely and welcoming.

Stunning property. So clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Ursula and Barry were very welcoming and left eggs, milk bread etc. So thoughtful.

Excellent range of breakfast items provided. Superb location - very short walk to centre of Braintree. Off street parking included. Very nice hosts. Overall, a superbly presented, stand alone cottage.
