The bed was so comfy, gym equipped really well with high tech equipment. Food and breakfast was super, plenty of parking available, nice area

Stayed for 1 night for a trip to Legoland with my husband and 2 small children! Couldn’t fault the hotel. Lovely atmosphere and staff were super helpful. Stayed in a double room which worked well for us.

Good location for visiting reading / bracknell / ascot races. Nice modern feel with a good vibe in the communal areas but quiet in the rooms. Special mention to Sam on the Maintenance management team - first class response.

NOT A LOT. We have now stayed at Basingstoke, Bracknell and Watford hotels. This is by far the worst of the lot. Club room is outdated and basically a normal room with the extras crammed in. TV didn’t work, tried to watch the rugby on Saturday morning and just got disruption. Most channels not working (room 313). No coffee pods left for the coffee machine. Toilet flush barely worked properly. Much smaller bed compared to other hotels with club rooms. Arrogant bar staff that need training in being proper bar tenders. Smoking section in the bar area, you have to stand like a lemon while everyone stares at you, provide ashtrays outdoors, most of the guests were asking for them. A pint of lager and Malibu and coke, Malibu is a liqueur not spirit was over £18, which is shocking. Food was your usual overpriced pub grub. The welcome to the hotel was non existent, I managed to check in, activate my own keys and get to my room without a single member of staff seeing me. I’m a rugby man who is 6”3”, you can’t miss me. There were 2 members of staff chatting away in the lobby when I arrived. I have said enough but you get the picture. I work in hospitality and found far too many issues in a period of 24 hours.
