Nusin “Lovely Victorian Inn in Bracebridge.”

This hotel is centrally located wihin walking distance of downtown Bracebridge and walking trails. The staff are very friendly and professional. We were accommodated in a lovely ground level room with a view to avoid taking the stairs as there is no elevator. Guests are invited to use the sitting area in the main building to relax, read a book or to watch TV. I appreciated not being confined to our room in the evening and enjoyed the homey atmosphere in the old Victorian house. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant (Basilico) on site. We enjoyed delicious food along with a view overlooking the lake. Self serve continental breakfast in the morning was quite nice as well. All the food was very well organized. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

We were welcomed by Jane when we checked in. We were then shown to our room which was an upgrade. Thank you. It was a lovely spacious room with a balcony and great view over the garden and falls. We were also given a list of pubs and restaurant in the town. We used The Griffin. Fabulous home cooked food and an amazing choice of beers.
