Clean and good standard. Comfortable bed. Had sufficient kitchenware for me (solo traveller).

Unit was comfortable with good facilities and easy walk to all things in Box Hill - close to food although choices are limited primarily to Asian cuisine so if looking for something else may be tricky. The check in and check out process is poor with instructions missing or not detailed enough particularly if you have a car.
