Apartment - great views. Kitchen well appointed. Beds and pillows very soft and sagging. Water pressure good. Reasonably clean and in good condition. Bbq area and outdoor deck, pool area in need of urgent repair - dangerous. Laundry facilities are good. Booked a one week stay for 6 people and only one set of key/fob/garage remote given. Without a fob, you can’t get in or out. Upon asking for additional set - was charged $55. After 3 days, still no keys - I asked for a refund but a week later - no refund. We checked out 9.30am and went to the key drop location across the road but it doesn’t open till 11am!
