Cosy Great location Quirky Plenty of seating for a large group Detailed instructions from owner Plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates, bowls etc Additional items for butler's kirchen were more than suffucient Recommend for large groups and families

The space was amazing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything including a litre of fresh milk, tea, coffee pods, condiments, all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Various sitting areas, a huge dining table with extra chairs, the reading nook, the outside table, the kookaburras on the fence and other birds, the beautiful green surroundings. The Barn was a perfect house for our family of 7 adults to stay and enjoy, and also for my son and his four groomsmen to get ready for the wedding. Plenty of space to park three cars comfortably, plus there is more parking further down the driveway.
