The sweet receptionist met us in the carpark with an offer to help me with my elderly parents - never had that exceptional service before! The family room was a great size and well equipped with complimentary water, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Loved the huge bed - so comfy. The bathtub was very inviting - wish we had been staying longer to enjoy that. The take away meal from Harveys Bar was delicious and a great size serving - Harveys was also an amazing venue/lounge set up with open fire place! Will have to bring back the whole family next time.

The room was very spacious and the shower was wonderful and warm and had great pressure.

Room size was very generous - two queen beds and still plenty of room. Very comfy beds. Good shower as well. Convenient parking on site.
