Lovely closed self contained flat with patio, excellent for attending with dogs Sadly we were in Windermere for my father in law's funeral, so we didn't get to appreciate the flat for long, however we would stay again Having a washing machine and cooking facilities also was a bonus

Was a good little cottage, met all our needs as we brought our dog, everything to hand, the only downfall is the settee wasn't comfy, everything else was great thanks

Bigger than expected with its own enclosed garden area, ideal for sitting out with my dog. Very tastefully decorated, handy information folder detailing local walks, I.e. Sherrifs wood across the road, ideal for dog walks off the lead. Parking was easy and free. Bus stop across the road for trips out so the car never moved. Ideal location half way between Windermere and Bowness. Would stay again!

The Snuggery is the ideal location at a really reasonable price! The location is perfect. It’s a 5/10 min walk to Bowness but what makes this location spot on is that it’s away from the busyness of the centre meaning loads of free on street parking and next too no noise on an evening. The property its self is really cosy and the bed was also really comfy! The property comes with all necessary facilities and a really nice touch was a book of local walks that the owner had provided. Just across the crossing over the zebra crossing following the road towards Windermere there is a walk called “Sherifs Wood or walk?” Really good for walking the pooch. The owner supplied plenty of towels and the place was really clean and tidy. Overall I’d 100% recommend this place. Definitely be booking to stay here again.
