Nice and easy access to Bowness centre and plenty of stuff around, tidy clean rooms and comfortable beds

Absolutely lovely place, owners Russell & Julie were so friendly, room was spotless and had everything we needed. It's so close to bars restaurants and the lake, we spent lovely night wished we had stayed longer definitely will be going back. We stayed in willow cottage next door, cannot recommend this place enough.

Accommodation was close to pubs and restaurants and some nice shops. In walking distance to Bowness Pier ~ be aware the walk is steep! The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Breakfast was lovely. Cooked to perfection and served in a pretty dining room. The hosts were friendly and Russell was helpful with local information.
