A lovely welcome, fabulous location with a view of the lake. The hot tub was hot and ready for us to use immediately on our arrival. The lodge is well appointed and comfortable (especially the huge four-poster bed.) The lodge is in a wonderfully quiet and peacefull spot and yet only 5 minutes drive from Bowness. Judy and Aunty Viv were welcoming and available if needed, but did not disturb our privacy. All in all, a wonderful 10th anniversary break. We will return in the future.
