Perfect location, cosy room and the most friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Cottages and felt it was perfect and ticked all the boxes. Jan and Helen gave exceptional recommendations and were incredibly friendly.

It is a lovely cottage very close to the lake，we enjoyed walking by the lake. Helen and Jan are very friendly and helpful. We could cook in the kitchen shared with other guests.

Great location for exhausted walker who had just finished the Dales Way- just yards from terminus. Host really helpful. Pubs, Tesco, bus stop (for travelling to Windermere for homeward train) really close.

It was situated ideally for parking and amenities. and the owner was lovely! very helpful and the kitchen was great for heating up our takeaway food. we couldn't fault our stay was value for money 😊
