We stayed on the top floor in room 3 and we're lucky enough to get a beautiful view of Windermere lake and the hills. The room was small but so cosy the bathroom was a good size and will definitely book to stay again.

Great location, just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre, yet situated on a quiet street. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay.

Very close to the local pubs, quiet for sleeping and not on the main road.

The room was large, bright and clean with all necessary storage. I just found that having our private bathroom outside the room meant that we had to go through a corridor used by other guest. The location was good, not to far from the town and lake but as we are in our 70s, we found it hard to go up really steep hills back to the guest house.
