Perfect location. Few minutes walk to centre. However you need to be fit as hilly on the walk back. Very quiete area. No noise at night. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to the lake and shops/ restaurants. We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this lovely home. Bowness on Windermere is beautiful and Bracken Crag is an ideal base to explore the Lake District. Host Manda is so friendly and helpful checking in and making sure all was OK.
