Jackie was so kind. I had broken my leg and she upgraded us to a one bedroom ground unit, which made our stay so much easier. The room had everything including a dining area. The shower had a rail; there was even a washing machine. I couldn't find the hairdryer, but had on of my own. Wifi was fast and reliable, and there were air cons and fans. Location was near the lovely Horseshoe Bay (which unfortunately I couldn't access), but 1 km up the road was a wonderful Chinese restaurant which was great.
