Once completed you will receive your check-in details 2 days prior to arrival. A damage pre-authorisation hold of 200 local currency is required. This will be collected by credit card during your online check-in and will be released within 7 business days of check-out in full, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note we operate multiple units in this location and the layout of your allocated space may vary from these photos.Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 15:00 and some rooms may be affected by noise.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Comfortable bed, new facilities. Washing machine, dryer with detergent and full kitchen amenities provided. We extended two nights directly with urban rest.

I loved that there was a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. It made everything so much easier and less stressful when trying to clean!

Absolutely beautiful modern townhouse. Brand new with everything you could need. A home away from home that has been Tastefully decorated and no expense spared. Smeg appliances, Coffee pods, laundry sheets, smart tv, washing machine/dryer … everything you could possibly need. 2 bedroom plus separate study and 2 bathrooms. Easily fits a family of 4. Staff were amazing and very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will definitely choose Urban Rest again.

Very nice accommodation, brand new and nicely set up. Modern Kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals. First set of coffee capsules is provided. Close to eateries and restaurants in Bowden, close to CBD. Sleeps four, 2 bedrooms and a study, one ensuite bathroom, one extra.
