The great Gardens. It was like being teleported to a story book garden (a la Alice in Wonderland). Had a gaggle of Geese, honking away, and the odd bunny hopping around, adding animation to this story book setting. Loved the wide variety of fruits, kindly allowed to be picked fresh from the trees by Kim and family. The Barnhouse (bungalow we stayed at) was spacious, clean and well-supplied, including firewood for the fireplace. Loved the supplies provided for breakfast too.

I loved everything. From the drive down to meeting mum at reception and grabbing the key, to walking into the loft an was just absolutely amazed. The space the scenery the peace.

Kim baked a loaf of bread for us. It was ready in the bread maker when we arrived. It was nice to smell fresh bread and feel the warmth from a fireplace. Thanks Kim!

The serenity of this place is so lovely, comfortable, cosy, for ready for lighting, breakfast supplies, freshly made bread ready upon our arrival, orchard with fruit to pick as we needed it.
