Lovely and well equipped cottage. The garden was a real bonus with plenty of garden furniture I tire and a parasol which was great- as the weather too was glorious. So close to amenities- park and river walks just across the road. Fantastic bakery and a breakfast stop just steps away.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Reeds. It was a very cosy base and we loved having our meals in the garden. The kitchen was very well stocked. All of the utensils we brought weren't even unpacked as they were already in the kitchen!

Interesting cottage with olde world feel. Cosy and well placed for Bovey and Devon exploring . Lovely looking garden even though we didn’t make it out there!
