The hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms very comfortable. Food was very good with a good selection. Parking added bonus as so close to town centre.

Location is right in the heart of Bourton on the water, best place to stay in the Cotswolds. Car park on site was an added bonus. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous breakfast, cooked straight from the kitchen. Vegetarian options. Pastries. Variety of juices, cereals, bread and conserves. Huge, pretty garden at back of property for afternoon drinks. Italian restaurant on site. We were a party of 10. All five rooms were decorated differently but all lovely. There are stairs and no lifts so bear that in mind.

Well located near the river, Very clean and tastefully furnished. The rooms have additional extras that you would expect to find in more expensive hotels. The staff members are very helpful and welcoming. Well worth a visit
