The location was just right for us, short walk to the beach & the town centre. The staff are very attentive, Tina & her team go out of there way to make sure one had a great stay.

The location is very good. It's quite an uphill walk back from main town centre for old legs but it was fine. Being able to leave the car in the hotel car park to explore the town centre was a great bonus. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. It had more of a B&B vibe than a hotel one but a very good B&B. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was more than enough to set us up for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay the location was really quiet and our stay in the basement room was really cool considering the weather was so warm . We wasn’t far from beach and town centre. Breakfast was lovely . We will definitely return .

Everything was lovely — great single room. Fridge useful. Staff kind and helpful. Very central, only a short walk to central pier, although steep hill to climb if you struggle with mobility limitations
