Please note that The Westby Guest House offers quiet and relaxed accommodation and does not accept group bookings for hen or stag parties or late-night parties. The property reserves the right to turn down those parties on arrival. Parking is on a driveway for 3 cars for the 5 rooms and cannot be guaranteed - there is free parking in the surrounding streets. All rooms are situated on the first and second floor and accessed via the stairs. There are also some sloping ceilings on the second floor.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The hotel is very close to the O2 Academy venue which was the purpose of our visit and the owner (Duncan) is very nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Communication was brilliant and would highly recommend. Happy to stay there again in future.

Friendly welcome, king bed, big bathroom, two lovely breakfasts, parking and 2 min walk to 02 Academy - all for £89!!

We had a fantastic stay at The Westby. The location is spot on! 10 mins walk down hill to the sea & 5 mins walk to the pedestrianised town with a Primark & the O2.
