Lovely location in Bournemouth, close to the beach and lovely views from the pool and outside area. The bed was soo big and comfortable, we had a great nights sleep.

So impressed with the warm, efficient, friendly welcome from Evi and team - the room with the Princess and pea style high, comfortable bed, welcome drink and general attention to detail. Overall, the cheerful staff who welcome you like an old friend. The Miami vibe and decor and location shine too 😍

Great facilities, the spa and swimming pools were wonderful and one of our rooms was upgraded which was a nice touch. Some of the staff were very good and when we mentioned the purpose of our visit we got a small plate with ‘congratulations’ on it, which was a nice touch.
