Very nice , modern hotel , about a 15 min walk from Bournemouth pier . Breakfast not bad , but had run out of smoked salmon which a hotel of this standard shouldn’t do. After we’d checked out we we received a call saying we were being charged for handwashing and shower gel the cleaner had reported missing . An absolute disgrace as we didn’t use or see any of the items during our stay , we used our own

The hotel is well decorated and finished, it feels as though it has been recently re-furbished to a high standard. Our room was very large and well furnished with a modern open bathroom and walk in shower at one end and a closed w.c./washbasin at the other. The bed was also very large and extremely comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant.
