The fine print
Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access via the Guest Manual. If this was not followed, a fee of £40 per full refuse or recycling bin will be charged.- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)
- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
-Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A very comfortable apartment with everything you need. A short walk to the beach, which was lovely and there is also a lovely bar opposite the apartment, with friendly staff. Very helpful, friendly staff connected to the apartment.

The location is spot on for walking to the beach and shops. The property was very clean, tidy and well equipped. I would highly recommend to others.

Stylish and comfortable, nice decor throughout. Nice big fluffy towels and bed was surprisingly comfortable too. TV had a good selection of streaming services. A lovely quiet apartment with a nice pub across the road. A very short walking distance to the beach and Boscombe Pier, and the town centre. Having a designated parking spot was ideal too.
