The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the Bournemouth Pier and the long stretch of clean, sandy beaches. It is also close to BH2 which houses a cinema and various restaurants. We took leisure walks of the nearby Lower Gardens, Upper Gardens and the Coy Pond. The sea view from our room was post-card perfect, the room was large and clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning and of good choice. The staff was very kind and friendly. Several bus routes take you right to the door step of the hotel, from the Rail Station.
