Loved it a lot. It is exactly as pictured. I didn't expect it to be as big as it was, especially looking from the outside. The size of the bathroom too, was so spacious it was great. Especially as I had 2 little ones to deal with and a vulnerable adult who gets claustrophobic with small spaces, so for us it was great and the best stay we have had in Bournemouth in 8 years. Everything we needed and wanted to do was within walking distance, so even if we didn't feel like walking down to the city centre or the beach, as it was hot, the bus stop is just 6 mins or less away in either direction. The views were just wonderful and was happy to see new things and meet new people on my walks there too. The pool, my children and I Loved the pool. It was soooooo warm and they enjoyed learning to swim and having fun in it. The staff were outstanding for me. So helpful, welcoming, professional and friendly. If there was a query they were on the ball and happy to assist and make the stay better. I felt even more at home as I told them once about my allergies and dietary needs and every morning it was remembered by them as I got to the breakfast room each day. Even my little children, who have allergies also, enjoyed going to breakfast and having something. It was just a breath of fresh air being there.

We liked the room, it had everything we needed, including great air conditioning for the hot weather, while we were there. There was a mini fridge with freezer which is excellent for us as my son has food allergies so we always need to take our own food for him. It was quiet and peaceful, TV worked great, beds were comfy. I'd stay there again. The receptionist when we checked in was lovely!

Modern reception and bar area. Great big room for a family. Nice with a swimmingpool, although that could do with an upgrade. Nice location.
