The staff was very helpful and friendly! Our room was ready early, so were able to check in upon arrival. The room had sea views and was lovely. Also at check out we were able to leave our bags with reception until our train back in the late afternoon.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Very friendly and kind staff. The room was superb..we've stayed at other hotels before but this one its on a different level. Room 30, OMG. That sea view plus the space in the room and how clean it was, i don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was. Bathroom is huge. Shower plus one of those classy bathtubs 🛀 in perfect cleanly condition 👌 Regarding the car park, it is quite large and secure. We were aloud to keep our car in there for the rest of the day even if we checked out. Very good management 👏 Many thanks for your welcoming reception! We will definitely return to your hotel❤️

I loved the decor had a Victorian feel nice really nice the bed was really comfortable I really enjoyed the staff they were nice and friendly I just wish I had got up earlier to try the breakfast the bed was so nice I really didn't feel like getting up 😁😁 I want to say I had no Expectations going with the flow was the best feeling ever 😁

Perfect location with our room overlooking the sea. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were lucky enough to be staying on a Friday night and had an amazing view of the Bournemouth fireworks display
